My name is Medhat Fahmy, but most people know me as Mido. I’ve been in the towing business for the past four years, and what started as a career change has grown into something I truly enjoy.

I originally began my career in the automotive business, where I gained valuable experience working with vehicles and helping customers. After some time, I decided to take a new direction, become my own boss, and build a business where I could make a difference in people’s lives.

I’ve always enjoyed helping people, especially when they need it most. Being stranded on the side of the road can be stressful and frustrating, and my goal is to make that experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether it’s a simple tow, roadside assistance, or helping someone get safely where they need to go, I take pride in being there for my customers.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and experiencing new places. Those experiences have helped shape the way I approach my business—with a strong focus on reliability, respect, and treating every customer like family.
